Clint Eastwood now represents everything wrong with the Republican Party. He puts out an AMAZING commercial celebrating American resiliency, praising the comeback of Detroit. Yet he not only endorsed the man who outright opposed the bailout which saved a million jobs, but he had the gall to mock the very man who saved the industry! This is cognitive dissonance at its worse.
Or maybe he didn’t really believe that commercial. He was just given money to spout bullshit and act tough. Which is another trait of the modern day GOP…
